We love wine, but even we sometimes find ourselves craving a good cocktail. Our olive “juice” is a simple brine (salt, vinegar and water) used for curing olives… and to make the best dirty martini ever! It can also be used as a dressing for tuna or pasta salad, or any other dish that might call for cured olives.
If you’re still craving that martini, shake or stir together:
2 oz. vodka or gin
3/4 oz. olive juice
1/2 oz. dry vermouth
Pour into a chilled glass.
