Pressed from garlic and late-harvest Mission olives, this oil is terrific drizzled over mashed potatoes or grilled vegetables with a little of our Organic Grey Sea Salt. For an Italian-style blue cheese dressing, try combining ¼ cup of creamy Gorgonzola cheese, ¼ cup of milk, 2 tbsp. sour cream, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor. Add our garlic oil to taste, toss the dressing with Bibb or Romaine lettuce, and serve.
