Our Fig Balsamic is officially released!  We have a new grower this year...from Corning...he farms over 100 acres of organic figs.  We went during harvest and picked up our figs that had been picked that day....drove them back to Rutherford and within 24 hours had them washed, cut and immersed in our organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.   We added Madagascar Vanilla Bean mid process and let the flavors meld together for another few weeks.  We then pulled the figs out of the Balsamic and bottled both the figs and the infused Balsamic to create our own hand made Fig Balsamic Vinegar.  It's sweeter then ever this year....thank you figs!
