Fresh blueberries are hand-picked during the peak of the growing season and then aged with our imported six-year-old balsamic vinegar of Modena. The added sweetness from the vanilla bean enhances the fruit character. Try marinating fresh peaches and blueberries with a touch of brown sugar or as a dessert sauce drizzled on vanilla pudding or ice cream.
