This is the younger version of our Balsamic Vinegar Methode Tradizionale.
We have been importing our Balsamic from the same producer in Modena, Italy for the last 15 years. This vinegar is produced in the same style as the Tradizionale Balsamic Vinegar of Modena...it is made from grape must and juice, reduced in caldrons and then added to series of barrels called a batteria. The barrels vary in type including oak, cherry, and chestnut wood. This vinegar is aged for at least four years. It is a classic younger style balsamic that adds a sweet complexity to any vinaigrette, marinade or sauce.
