As I write, this year, we will be offering oils from ELEVEN Napa Valley estates...the largest offering of Napa Valley estate oils in the World! We bottle our extra virgin olive oils by Estate...no blending.....to give you the experience of the oil from that particular varietal grown in that terroir in the Napa Valley. The production is limited and some years we may have as little as 5 gallons from an estate....so they don't last long. The majority of our new harvest oils will be released early in Jan. but we have a few oils left from last year that are still holding strong!
