As one can not survive on Napa Valley extra virgin olive oil alone, the majority of our production comes from the Central Valley of California. We offer both Spanish and Italian varietals....never blending.....to give you the opportunity to understand the nuances of the different varietals....the olives are harvested a little later in the season to produce softer oils that you can use in a variety of ways....check out "let's chat" for more information.
