My good friend who is a breast cancer survivor recommended this book, “Anticancer; A new way of life”. She saw Dr. Servan-Schreiber speak at UCSF and was very impressed. I recently got the book and can hardly put it down! I go over and over the information….it is inspirational and a must read for anyone who is striving to live their best life…cancer or no cancer. – Peggy OKelly

Welcome to my new place...a place to share my journey from within. We had so much fun together in Italy that I thought you'd like to be part of this as well. Unlike last year, I didn't board a plane to begin this adventure. I stayed home...was still...and listened. I took an inventory of my body, mind and soul. I realized that peace was not a noun...but a verb...it required action. I started on this path with one goal....to be mindful...in every moment....wherever I was. The next thing I knew...my whole world was changing.....
